A small-scale partnership project in the VET sector called ‘Live in harmony with nature’ was implemented under the Erasmus+ programme from 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2024 by a consortium led by the Delta Foundation. The participants in the project were CALM EDU, which runs the Non-public Specialised First Level Vocational School in Tarnow, the Patronanto Avemariano de Granada, which manages the Colegio Ave María and Colegio San Isidro in Granada, and the Universal Mobility SL.

Kampanie informacyjna prowadzona była na terenie szkół w Polsce i Hiszpanii, gdzie byli
rekrutowani uczestnicy, wśród osób uczących się i kadry w Niepublicznej Branżowej Szkole I
Stopnia Specjalna w Tarnowie i szkołach Ave Maria Casa Madre i San Isidro w Granadzie
zgodnie z zapisami utworzonego i zaakceptowanego przez partnerów Regulaminu rekrutacji i
uczestnictwa, który precyzyjnie określał zasady rekrutacji oraz uczestnictwa w projekcie
szkoleń partnerskich osób uczących się i kadry prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe.
Przedstawione zostały tam zasady organizacji kursów przygotowujących do szkoleń,
programy szkoleń partnerskich, rodzaje działań, warunki uczestnictwa w projekcie oraz
prawa i obowiązki uczestnika. Rekrutacji uczniów dokonały szkolne komisje rekrutacyjne
powołane przez Lidera konsorcjum – Fundację Delta.
Do udziału w projekcie zostało zakwalifikowanych po 10 uczniów ze szkoły, którzy zdobyli
największą ilość punktów oraz 3 osoby opieki pedagogicznej z wymaganymi kwalifikacjami
oraz 4 osoby z kadry - nauczycieli zaangażowanych w proces kształcenia zawodowego.

Conducting preparatory courses 01.11.2023. - 29.02.2024 r.

The following preparatory classes were organized for students to participate in partner training.
Spanish and Polish language and psychological and pedagogical course.

Partnership training of students and staff in Granada 20.04 - 29.04.2024

1/Working meetings of students and teaching staff, presentation of groups and program of partner training,
2/ Study visits to agro/horticultural companies
3/Training + workshops at San Isidro and Ave Maria schools in Granada. Partnership training on the principles of ecology in horticulture and environmental protection.

Partnership training in Tarnow 19.05 - 26.05

Students of Ave Maria San Isidro school from Granada participated in this partnership activity, along with a group of participants from the local branch special school hosting the partner school. Staff members from the two partner schools also participated in all stages of the partnership training. The target group of the activity was 10 students + 2 educational supervisors + 2 staff persons + 1 Spanish training mentor. The partner training activities were planned taking into account the intellectual disabilities of the participants, a strong emphasis on inclusive activities, the activities were planned as a way to improve the social image of the disabled, by changing the perception of the disabled person by those around them. The program included;

1/Working meetings; getting to know the participants - integration activities + presentation of the partner training program. 2/ Study visits to agro/horticultural companies.

The participants organized gardening demonstrations in Granada and Tarnow.

As part of a small-scale partnership project between schools from Poland and Spain, students organized horticultural demonstrations in Granada (Spain) and Tarnow (Poland) after completing partnership training.

As part of the partnership training project between the schools of Tarnów and Granada, several online meetings were held with students from both schools. The main goals of these meetings included preparing participants for future exchange trips and familiarizing them with basic issues related to intercultural communication and cultural differences between Poland and Spain. Students prepared and presented self-created presentations about their schools, which allowed participants from both countries to learn about each other's educational systems and school traditions.

In a spirit of unity and cultural exchange, our company had the honor of #collaborating with a prominent organization Centrum Wspierania Organizacji Pozarządowych which has led a Small-Scale Partnership in Adult Education project (2022-1-PL01-KA210-ADU-000084866) that brought together part of our collaborating companies, seniors aged 60 and over, who generously offer their time as volunteers for an NGO, such as the “Calor y Café” Association (Calor y Café - Granada) and part of our Universal Mobility team, from our base to the beautiful land of #Poland.
